Woodstone for Rice Lake will be holding their 2nd annual Christmas Gathering and Luminary Event on Thursday December 11th, 2014 from 5-7 PM.
The Luminaries are bags with candles that are lit to show that even though the loved one isn’t with us their light is still shinning bright.
This event is open to anyone who would like to honor or remember a loved one during this time of year. We are blessed to have these people in our lives and it is a great honor to remember them and all of the love and care they gave us during this Christmas season.
You can purchase a Luminary for $10 with all the proceeds going to the Alzheimer’s Association. We will have Santa here for the kids from 5-7pm. We will have the Luminary Lighting Ceremony at 5:30 pm. We will read the names and a poem to honor every person on our list.
Refreshments and treats will be served to everyone in attendance as well.
