Woodstone Senior Living Community is more than a home, it’s a family.

Our communities are staffed with employees who deeply care about our residents. Residents and their families love Woodstone because it’s an intimate setting where it’s easy to build relationships and make friends, but with all the health services of the larger communities. Our customized care plans meet the resident’s individual needs in whatever stage of life they are in.

Family Owned & Operated

Woodstone is a family-owned and operated business, which is probably why that family-feeling comes so natural to us. For over twenty-five years, our family team has worked in senior living, starting with Dean Bloemke, founder of Welcome Home Management. In 2013, together with the second generation, brother and sister owners Roman Bloemke and Sarah Work, Woodstone Senior Living Community was founded. It continues to evolve today by offering Care Suites, Memory Care, and soon Active Living communities!

Locally Owned Senior Living Communities

Woodstone Senior Living Community has owners based in Southwest Minnesota. Since our owners are local, it is easy for them to frequently stop in to stay “Hello” and interact with the residents. We love to give back whenever we can – it is not uncommon to see our management and staff volunteering when they are not working. Even our residents are involved in their communities outside of Woodstone, doing projects such as making tie-blankets for local non-profits.
