Here at Woodstone Senior Living in Rice Lake, we have many men that we get the honor of calling “Dad” or “Grandpa”. It is amazing the conversations that you can have when you sit down and just start asking a few simple questions!
From “Fatherly Advise” to stories from growing up on the family farm, these men have wonderful backgrounds. We encourage you to take the time to sit down and enjoy a few extra minutes with your Dad or Grandpa and see what stories he wants to share with you.
We will be celebrating the men here at Woodstone this week with an Ice Cream Social in their honor. Who doesn’t like ice cream, chocolate and/or caramel sauce, nuts, and other toppings of your choice! Watch our Facebook page for fun pictures from our celebration!

If you are blessed to still have a father who is living, give him some appreciation this Father’s Day. Perhaps consider taking him out to a movie, going fishing together, or helping out with some yard work. Yes, yard work is always appreciated!
