It is with great pleasure that we announce the promotions of two extraordinary people at Woodstone of Rice Lake.
We are excited to announce that Lance Corton has been promoted to Executive Director of Woodstone of Rice Lake. In his previous role as Marketing Director at Woodstone of Rice Lake, Mr. Corton showed he is up to the task. “Ever since Lance came to work for us, I’ve been impressed with his work ethic and his relationships with our residents and team at Woodstone. He brings a positive and professional work ethic that will serve us well in to the future. After an exhaustive search in this role, we kept coming back to Lance and what he brings to the table. We are very excited to have him on board.” stated Roman Bloemke, Chief Operations Officer for Woodstone Senior Living Community.
In his new role, Mr. Corton will oversee the day to day operations of the community as well as continue his role in marketing of the community. He will also work closely with Welcome Home Management to ensure a high level of care for the residents that call Woodstone home. “When I first came to work here at Woodstone, I had a vision for our community. The first is Thought. We want to have a community where people think of us first when they begin the search for their loved ones care. The second is Destination. We want to be the destination for people in our community. We are part of this community, and they are a part of us. The third is Resolution. Lastly, we want to help people, one way or another. Our company has been providing assisted living care since 1994, and there’s a lot of experience and knowledge that comes with that. We have an awesome team here at Woodstone, and I want us to be the place to be when it comes to senior care in our area” stated Mr. Corton.
During this process, we looked at our team and really believed that Debbie Lubben was a perfect fit for a new position within the company. Ms. Lubben takes a new role of HR Coordinator with Woodstone of Rice Lake. Previously, Debbie worked in administration with the company. We couldn’t be more excited about her taking on this role. “We’ve been working with Debbie for quite some time, and I believed she was the perfect person for this role. She brings an incredible amount of talent to this position and believe she will do a great job in this new role.” stated Sarah Work, Chief Financial Officer for Woodstone Senior Living.
In her new role, Ms. Lubben will take over the HR functions at Woodstone of Rice Lake.
