Registered Nurse (RN) – Woodstone Senior Living Community, Hutchinson, MN

We are looking for a rock star Registered Nurse who will have the opportunity to direct and manage our health delivery systems within our new memory care and care suite community. The RN is an integral member of the community management team, taking primary responsibility for the Care Staff, other Nursing staff and their performance.
The RN works with the Executive Director (ED) in the resident assessment/service planning process and has accountability for establishing assignments for Care Staff and for their orientation and retention. Advise and train/orientate the Care Staff. Work with the Executive Director to ensure that resident needs are being met. This position also serves on the management team to promote Welcome Home Health Care’s vision in all resident services.
The RN will ensure that staff is trained in medical procedures and policies which are current and up to date. The RN will also ensure that the facility is in compliance with current regulations and standards. Must be able to relate professionally with residents, staff and family members, display a positive work attitude and be able to work as a team with other staff members.

Applicant requirements:
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with residents, family members and staff.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse License
- Detail oriented

- Experience working with the elderly

- Experience in staff supervision and development
