We have the opportunity to talk to some of the wonderful men that chose to serve our great country! We even have the opportunity to talk to the wives of these great men! We are grateful we have so many veterans and spouses living here at Woodstone.
We took the time to recognize our residents that have served, listen to patriotic music (including their service branch anthems), have root beer floats, and listen to stories being swapped around the table
We thank not only those that live here at Woodstone for their dedication and service, but to our veteran staff members, veteran family members, veterans we are yet to meet, and of course their families. You all have given great sacrifice for our amazing country. Without you we would not have the freedom to get up, go to work, and make the choices we freely make each and every day.
Take a moment to thank a Veteran. A genuine smile, a nod of appreciation, a strong handshake all go a long way in the hearts of our Veterans. Accompanied with “Thank you” they go even further.
Our Woodstone Senior Living Resident Veterans:
Army – Rudy A, Jeffree C, Glenn H, Herman F, Keith L, John M, Sydney N, and Gordy J
Air Force – Jim G and George M
Marines – Jim A and Marvin A
Navy – Dwight J
