Our Memory Care residents love their Community 360 rides! This is an outing time that Woodstone of Rice Lake offers for the benefit and enjoyment of our residents. The bus is reserved just for them and we take the time to drive around and see the sights, have conversation about what we are seeing, share stories and memories that these sights invoke, and just get a breathe of fresh air!
Some days we take a drive out to see the countryside. The changing of the seasons, the farms, the “fields of gold”, the smells that sometimes come with it. All of these opportunities are good for the soul and put a smile on the face.
When asked where they would like to travel that day, a popular response is “Down to see the ducks and geese!”. So off to the lake shore tour we go! Oh the beauty of the lake, the sights of the ducks and geese galore, the tree lined street! The squeals of delight is priceless.
We are pleased to be able to say that we offer more here at Woodstone of Rice Lake. If you would like more information about the opportunities that we make a part of everyday life, please don’t hesitate to give us a call, or just stop on by! We would love to meet you!
