HUTCHINSON and NEW ULM, MINNESOTA – Welcome Home Management is proud to announce to addition of two new senior living properties to our company. Woodstone Senior Living communities, with properties under construction in New Ulm and Hutchinson, Minnesota will offer high-intensity assisted living, also known as Care Suites, and Memory Care to area seniors.
The Care Suites setting is appropriate for individuals who are recovering from surgery or illness, require concentrated rehabilitation or need ongoing health-related care. Our restorative care philosophy reinforces the healing and rehabilitation process and promotes independence.
The Memory Care community provides assistance for seniors with memory loss issues. This special community is designed to care exclusively for residents with Alzheimer’s Disease or other forms of memory impairments. Close supervision is provided 24 hours a day in a secure, friendly, residential atmosphere.
Both communities will feature ten care suites and twenty memory care apartments. All apartments are private with private bathrooms. Each community will feature private dining areas, several common areas for activities, a spa, a salon, and a private family area.
Each community will have 20-30 employees.
Construction will begin in New Ulm in August 2013 and in Hutchinson in September 2013.
